2025-2026ஆம் ஆண்டிற்கான மாணவர்கள் தொடர்பான விவரங்களை Udise+ தளத்தில் 30.09.2025க்குள் முடிக்க மாநிலத் திட்ட இயக்குநர் உத்தரவு!
With reference to citation 1 and in line with the academic planning for the year 2025-2026, it is hereby informed that activities pertaining to Student Progression, New Admissions, Transfers, and other associated modules are to be commenced immediately in the UDISE+ portal.
As per the reference cited, it is informed that UDISE has been functioning as a student registry since the academic year 2022-23. All students already present in the database, except those in the terminal class of a school, require only progression without any need for fresh data entry.
New data entry is applicable only for fresh admissions. This approach significantly reduces the data entry workload, enabling faster completion of records.
In view of this, as was done in previous years, all data entry activities are to be completed by 30th September 2025.
Furthermore, data related to KVS, JNV, and schools under the Naval and Air Force Education Societies will be entered and certified directly by the respective institutions. Districts are therefore requested to ensure completion of data entry for all state government and other recognized schools under their purview.
As mentioned in reference cited 2, appropriate instructions have been issued to all CBSE schools by the Chairperson of the Central Board of Secondary Education, New Delhi.
You are informed to instruct all District & Block Education Officers and Headmasters under your jurisdiction to ensure the following:
1. Timely updating of student progression details (class-wise promotion data).
2. Entry of new student enrolments for the academic year 2025-2026.
3. Updating of student transfers (inward and outward) in the system.
4. Ensuring the correction of student profiles, if any discrepancies exist.
5. Validation and verification of school infrastructure, teacher details, and other UDISE+ modules as and when made available.

The smooth execution of these activities is crucial for maintaining the accuracy and integrity of educational data at the state level. Necessary instructions and support may also be extended to schools for completing the data entry within the stipulated timelines. Treat this as urgent and ensure that all schools under your control are sensitized and guided accordingly.
