பள்ளிக் கல்வித் துறையை முழுவதும் டிஜிட்டல் மயமாக்க திட்டம்: மாணவர்களுக்கு புதிய ‘செயலி’ யை உருவாக்கும் பள்ளிக் கல்வித்துறை 

பள்ளி கல்வித்துறையில் புதிய திட்டங்கள் தீட்டுவதற்கு டிஜிட்டல் தொழில்நுட்பம் புகுத்தப்பட்டு நவீனமாக்கப்பட்டு வருவதால் ஏராளமான திட்டங்கள் தொடங்கப்பட்டுள்ளன. மேலும் மாணவர்கள் பாடத்தை புரிந்து படிக்க வகை செய்யும் புதிய செயலி (‘ஆப்’) தொடங்கப்பட உள்ளது. இதனால் மாணவர்களின் கல்வித் தரம் மேலும் உயரும் என்று கல்வியாளர்கள் கருத்து தெரிவித்துள்ளனர். 

தமிழகத்தில் திமுக அரசு பதவி ஏற்ற பிறகு பல்வேறு துறைகளையும் முன்னேற்ற அதிரடி நடவடிக்கைகள் எடுக்கப்பட்டன. அதன் எதிரொலியாக பல துறைகளில் மற்ற மாநிலங்களை விட சிறந்த மாநிலமாக தமிழகம் தேர்வு செய்யப்பட்டு அதற்கான விருதுகளையும் பெற்று வருகிறது. 

அதன் ஒரு கட்டமாக கல்வித்துறையை மேம்படுத்த முதல்வர் மு.க.ஸ்டாலின் அதிரடி திட்டங்களை வகுத்துள்ளார். இது குறித்து கல்வித்துறை அமைச்சர் அன்பில்மகேஷ் பொய்யாமொழி, செயலாளர் காக்கர்லா உஷா, திட்ட இயக்குநர் சுதன் ஆகியோர் இணைந்து பல்வேறு அதிரடி நடவடிக்கைகளை எடுத்து வருகின்றனர். குறிப்பாக கல்வித்துறை முழுமையாக டிஜிட்டல் மயமாக்கப்பட்டு வருகிறது. தமிழக அரசின் பள்ளிக்கல்வித் துறை தற்போது டிஜிட்டல் தொழில்நுட்பங்களை அதிகளவில் பயன்படுத்துகின்றது. 

ஆவணங்களாக பாதுகாக்கப்பட்டு வந்த தகவல்கள் அனைத்தையும் தற்போது டிஜிட்டலாக மாற்றி இருக்கின்றனர். அவ்வாறு செய்வதால் பள்ளிக்கல்வித் துறை பல்வேறு விஷயங்களில் முன்னேற்றம் அடைந்து இருப்பதாகவும், சில திட்டங்கள் கொண்டு வருவதற்கு பாதையை வகுத்து கொடுத்திருப்பதாகவும் அதிகாரிகள் தெரிவிக்கின்றனர். அதில் மிக முக்கியமான ஒன்று, டிஜிட்டல் முறையிலான வருகைப்பதிவு திட்டம். ஆரம்பத்தில் இந்த திட்டத்துக்கு ஆசிரியர்கள் மத்தியில் கடும் எதிர்ப்பு கிளம்பிய நிலையில், தற்போது 92 சதவீதம் வருகைப் பதிவு என்பது கல்வித்துறை அமல்படுத்திய டிஜிட்டல் செயலி வாயிலாகவே மேற்கொள்ளப்படுகிறது. 

இவ்வாறு டிஜிட்டல் முறையில் வருகைப்பதிவு மாற்றப்பட்டதால், தேர்வு வரும்போது இடைநின்ற மாணவர்களை அடையாளம் காணுவது என்பது தற்போதே அடையாளம் காணப்பட்டு விட்டதாக அதிகாரிகள் கூறுகின்றனர். அந்த வகையில் 84 ஆயிரம் மாணவர்கள் இடைநின்றதை கண்டறிந்து, அவர்களிடம் காரணங்களை கேட்டு, சம்பந்தப்பட்ட மாணவர்களை மீண்டும் பள்ளிகளில் சேர்க்கும் பணியை கல்வித்துறை மேற்கொள்கிறது. இதேபோல், மாணவர்களுக்கு கண்ணாடி வழங்கும் திட்டமும் டிஜிட்டல் முறையால் மேற்கொள்ளப்பட்ட புள்ளி விவரங்களின் மூலம் அதிகமானோர் பயன் அடைந்து இருக்கின்றனர். அந்த வகையில் நடப்பாண்டில் 1 லட்சத்து 80 ஆயிரம் மாணவர்களுக்கு கண்ணாடி வழங்கப்பட்டுள்ளது. 

அதற்கு முந்தைய ஆண்டுகளில் வெறும் 25 ஆயிரம் முதல் 30 ஆயிரம் பேருக்கு தான் வழங்கப்பட்டு வந்தது. மேலும், முதலமைச்சரின் காலை உணவுத் திட்டத்துக்கு வழிகாட்டியாக அமைந்ததும், டிஜிட்டல் முறையிலான புள்ளிவிவரங்களினால் தான். கொரோனா தொற்றுக்கு பிறகு மாணவ-மாணவிகளின் உடல்நலன் சார்ந்த விவரங்களை ‘எய்ம்ஸ்’ கேட்டு இருந்தது. அதுகுறித்து கல்வித்துறை சில புள்ளி விவரங்களை மாணவர்களிடம் இருந்து பெற்றது. அதில் காலை உணவு சாப்பிட்டு வரும், சாப்பிடாமல் வரும் மாணவர்கள் எத்தனை பேர், சாப்பிடாமல் வருவதால் படிப்பில் கவனம் செலுத்த முடிகிறதா என்பது போன்ற விவரங்கள் எடுக்கப்பட்டது. 

அப்போது அரசு பள்ளி மாணவர்களில் 47 சதவீதம் பேர் காலை உணவை சாப்பிடாமல் பள்ளிக்கு வருவது கண்டறியப்பட்டது. இதுபற்றிய தகவல் சுகாதாரம் மற்றும் சமூக நலத்துறை வாயிலாக அரசுக்கு தெரிவிக்கப்பட்டு, அதன் வாயிலாக கொண்டு வரப்பட்டதுதான், காலை உணவுத் திட்டம் என்று அதிகாரிகள் கூறுகின்றனர். அதுதவிர, அரசு பள்ளிகளில் 6 முதல் 12ம் வகுப்பு வரை படித்து உயர்கல்வியில் சேரும் மாணவர்களுக்கு மாதம் ரூ.1,000 வழங்கும் திட்டத்துக்கும் டிஜிட்டல் வாயிலான புள்ளிவிவரங்கள்தான் கைகொடுக்கின்றன என்றும் தெரிவித்தனர். 

இதற்கு முன்பெல்லாம் கீழ்மட்டத்தில் காகித பயன்பாட்டிலான ஆவணங்கள் மூலம் மேற்கொள்ளப்பட்ட புள்ளி விவரங்களினால், அது எங்களுக்கு தெரியவருவது தாமதமானது. ஆனால் இப்போது ஒரு ‘பட்டனை’ தட்டினால் அனைத்து விவரங்களும் எங்களுக்கு கிடைத்துவிடுகிறது. இதன் மூலம் திட்டங்களை தீட்டுவதற்கும், அரசுக்கு உடனடியாக விவரங்களை தெரிவிப்பதற்கும் ஏதுவாக அமைந்துள்ளது என்கின்றனர் கல்வித்துறை உயர் அதிகாரிகள். இவ்வளவு சாதக அம்சங்கள் நிறைந்திருப்பதால் துறையை முழுமையாக டிஜிட்டல்மயமாக்கும் நடவடிக்கையும் எடுக்கப்பட்டு வருகிறது. 

இதன் தொடர்ச்சியாக மாணவர்கள் பாடங்களை புரிந்து படிக்கும் வகையில் புதிய செயலி ஒன்றையும் கல்வித் துறை வடிவமைத்து வருகிறது. விரைவில் இதனை மாணவர்கள் பயன்பாட்டுக்கு கொண்டு வர திட்டமிட்டு இருக்கின்றனர். இதன்மூலம் மாணவர்கள் மனப்பாடம் செய்வது தவிர்க்கப்படுவதோடு, மாணவர்களின் திறன், அவர்களுக்கான மேம்பட்ட கல்வியை எவ்வாறு வழங்குவது என்பது போன்ற பல்வேறு தகவல்களை அறிந்து கொள்ள முடியும் என்று கூறும் அதிகாரிகள், அதற்கான பணிகளில் தீவிரமாக ஈடுபட்டு வருவதாகவும் தெரிவித்தனர்.

Also a new app ('App') is going to be launched to help students understand and read the subject. Educationists have opined that this will increase the quality of education of the students.

After the DMK government assumed office in Tamil Nadu, proactive steps were taken to improve various sectors. In response to this, Tamil Nadu has been selected as the best state in many fields and has been receiving awards for it.

As part of it, Chief Minister M.K.Stalin has formulated action plans to improve the education sector. Education Minister Anbilmakesh Poiyamozhi, Secretary Kakarla Usha and Project Director Suthan are taking various action in this regard. The education sector in particular is being fully digitized. The school education department of the Tamil Nadu government is currently using digital technologies more and more.

All the information that was preserved as documents has now been digitized. Officials say that by doing so, the school education department is making progress in various matters and has paved the way for bringing some projects. One of the most important of these is the digital attendance program. Initially, there was strong opposition to this scheme among the teachers, but now 92 percent attendance registration is done through the digital application implemented by the education department.

Officials say that since attendance has been converted to digital, it is now possible to identify students who have dropped out when the exam comes around. In that way, the education department is undertaking the work of identifying 84 thousand students who have dropped out, asking them the reasons and re-admitting the concerned students to schools. Similarly, the scheme of providing glasses to students has also benefited more people through the digitized statistics. In this way, glasses have been provided to 1 lakh 80 thousand students this year.

In previous years only 25 thousand to 30 thousand people were given. Also, the Chief Minister's breakfast program is guided by digital statistics. AIIMS was asking about the health related details of the students after the corona virus. The education department got some statistics from the students about it. Details like how many students eat breakfast and those who don't, whether they are able to focus on their studies because they don't eat breakfast are taken.

It was found that 47 percent of government school students come to school without breakfast. Officials say that the breakfast program was brought to the government through the Health and Social Welfare Department. Apart from that, they also said that digital data is helping the scheme of providing Rs.1,000 per month to students studying in government schools from 6th to 12th standard and enrolling in higher education.

It was slow to come to our attention due to earlier low-level paper-based statistics. But now we get all the details at the tap of a 'button'. According to the higher officials of the education department, it is convenient to make plans and inform the government immediately. With so many positive features, steps are being taken to fully digitize the sector.

In continuation of this, the education department is also designing a new app so that students can understand and study the subjects. Students are planning to use it soon. In this way, the students can avoid memorizing and they can know various information such as the ability of the students and how to provide better education for them.
